Community Outreach
We support local communities. Ruth Markoe and Theatre To Go have worked with local groups to help raise money for charity, bring the magic of live theater to children and promote safer communities.

For the Second year Ruth Markoe, founder. CEO, Director and Actor has been locked up! Ruth participated in the Muscular Dystrophy Association “Lock-Up” for charity where she had to raise “bail” to be released. She was arrested and taken to Erini Restaurant in Trenton to await her release.

The donations Ruth received were the keys to her freedom! Ruth was proud of the fact that she was providing help and hope to kids and adults in our community served by MDA

The program combines academic tutoring, college access programming, squash competition, nutrition education, and community service to ensure that local youth excel academically, athletically and in life.

We partner with Youth Stages to do outreach and workshops at libraries and schools for children and teens on writing and performing murder mysteries.
